For the 11th consecutive year, Unique Minds is organising UNIque Day, an academic orientation event aimed at lower and upper secondary school students. Its goal is to help them become better acquainted with engineering and STEM schools and make more informed choices about their future.

The event is based on two main pillars:
Open Dialogue: Students have the opportunity to meet university students from the schools they are interested in, hear about their personal experiences and talk with them, asking questions about their studies and student life.
Workshops: Students visit university laboratories and take part in hands-on activities related to their fields of interest. These activities are organised by university students under the supervision of a faculty member.

The initiative was started by university students who, when they were still at school, had not had the opportunity to visit the schools and explore the subjects that interested them or speak with university students who could help them better understand which fields suited them. After entering the National Technical University of Athens, they therefore decided to establish Unique Minds, offering this opportunity to students who are now in the same position they once were. Eleven years later, we continue our efforts, aiming to help even more students discover what truly interests them.

To organise UNIque Day 2027, we are looking for student volunteers from all engineering and STEM schools who would like to help deliver the Open Dialogues and Workshops.
